Tibetan Usui Reiki Training
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy therapy.
Channelling of Universal Life Force Energy supports the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
When we are disconnected from our energy, an imbalance occurs on the spiritual and emotional level, progressing to dysfunctional patterns of energy that may lead to physical disease.
Disease being a DIS – EASED state in the body, mind, and spirit.
Reiki is beneficial for physical, emotional, and spiritual concerns, supporting healing for physical symptoms, pain, inflammation, fatigue and alleviates emotional upsets including anxiety, grief, stress and overwhelm.
My desire as a Tibetan Usui Reiki Master is to share this beautiful energy modality and teach Reiki Level 1 and 2. Group weekends are held regularly in Lithgow NSW.
