Kristen is amazing! Ever since I saw her, I have noticed a change in my mindset and mood. Things have completely shifted and my outlook has become more optimistic. I was completely depleted when I went to her, but my enthusiasm is back with a vengeance. Kristen is such a compassionate and beautiful person and I feel completely comfortable with her. I started working with Kristen at Women Unleashed back in March this year. She had been highly recommended to me and I had felt connected to her for a while through her beautiful mum. I immediately felt safe and supported upon meeting Kristen for the first time, which was quite unusual for me given my background. Her space felt light and uplifting, with a great energy about it. Kristen’s kinesiology sessions have helped me clear out some of my own barriers that I was continuing to put up in areas of health and relationships. The sessions also gave me a deeper sense of peace and safety within, especially around some big life changes which would have usually caused a lot of anxiety within. I always leave Kristen’s sessions feeling lighter, freer and owning a sense of deep peace and clarity within myself. After YEARS (more decades) of personal development and growth trainings and searching to find who I am I feel blessed to have discovered Kristen and her work. Her energy inspires me to be the best most unleashed version of me.  I have connected with my heart and soul more than any other training has ever allowed.  Connected with my intuition, stepped into an even deeper space of empowerment, and the ripples are flowing to my clients. Before working with Kris, I felt like I was still broken, and was searching for how to fix myself.  In working with her I discovered how to love my 'broken' bits.  She reinforced the message there is nothing to fix, and gave me an Experience of truly feeling I am lovable and worthy. I will be forever grateful.  And know these words do not convey the depth of my transformation for having her in my life and corner nearly enough to be considered an accurate reflection. It's hard to say how she broke me open, cleansed my soul, and put me back together in a way that makes sense to someone who hasn't experienced it. Just like an orgasm, the work with Kris needs to be experienced to be understood. I’m processing grief, addictions and unresolved anger. Three sessions with Kristen has helped lessen my physical pain and is helping motivate me to get on with life. She has a kind presence and knows her stuff. Address your physical ailments before they become dis-ease. Kristen can clear blockages in your energy field so you can start embracing your best life. I was fortunate enough to meet with Kristen when i attended her Tibetian Usui Reiki level 1 workshop in February. I was nervous but was welcomed with a beautiful smile and warm heart. By the first break i ran down and bought a canvas i was inspired by her presence to paint again something i hadn't done for a very long time. Kristen has a calming energy and infectious smile. she presented her workshop professionally with a hint of fun even when the projector failed she took centre stage and gave us the knowledge and attunement to heal. I walked away full of healing energy (litrally my skin was on fire) and a new passion for life 😊 Since my attunement with Kristen the life of myself and my family has changed dramatically. She has given me the tools and support to heal and i litrally have experienced miracles!! I can't wait to attend her next workshop and am blessed and grateful for everything that she has to offer.
