A little about me!

It’s me, Kristen Howarth and I am here to empower YOU and support your journey to Unleash your Bliss!

For over 20 years, I have been using holistic modalities to help women find inner balance, let go of restrictions that hold them back, and reconnect with their Happiness.

I wear many hats. My signature 1-1, “Energy Reset – healing session,” is a blend of my training and experiences.

All healings are personally blended for your specific goals.

Spending time in nature is where I love to be, the ocean and a dose of Vitamin Sea is my true happy place.

As an intuitive artist, creating soul-connected healing artworks for homes and workspaces, with commissions warmly welcomed. I invite you to reach out to discuss your vision and desires for the artwork you would love to hang in your space.

This was my fourth workshop, and there’s a reason I keep coming back!

I arrived with a busy mind and so much going on, and I left feeling lighter, happier, inspired and full of joy.

I loved creating my own unique symbols, learning the meaning behind the symbols we were creating, experimenting with watercolours, and connecting with such a wonderful group of people in a welcoming and supportive space.
